Easter Pile-up

1 min read
Easter has been and gone, what a fun day that was...

Well now its the Easter holidays I have lots of work to do.

In May I finish this Foundation course and will be submitting much of the work, projects and photos I have done since I last uploading things.

Short and sweet 'cos no one want to read me babble on.

Piece out

OMG like a foot of snow!!

So yea on Saturday night we had allot of snow, and in the morning there was like a foot or more of snow. That is like unheard of here. We had THREE days off due to snow and ice, how awesome is that.
I shall upload photos from the snow antics at some point.

Also I calibrated the gamma on this monitor, now allot of my photos like the LARP ones look odd, I would change them, but that's too much effort. Do the LRP ones look very green to other people to??

Think I should get a different CSS for my journals as well, I shall look for a good one

Thank you very much for stopping by.
Have a great day and good luck with all your artworks :aww:

Here are the three winners of the Unframed-Nature competition.

FIRST PLACE

Amersill with
amersill.deviantart.com/art/Wi…

A lovely photograph that shows the simplicity that can be held within beauty, and that which can be captured in an instant.

SECOND PLACE

adeb1113 with
adeb1113.deviantart.com/art/So…

A equally if not more beautiful photograph, the complex shapes in this flower in such a small amount of space shows nature at its best. The crisp focus on the main subject and amazing depth of focus, along with the wonderful shadows and highlights make this show the aspects of the flower hat are only able to be seen with camera, which could show how technology can show the world how it is seen through other animals eyes.
THIRD PLACE

Dave-Derbis with
hardmoppy.deviantart.com/art/o…

Another wonderful piece. the lake showing the vast span of the area and the sky showing the passage of time with the amazing effect, coupled together with the stillness of the branch in the water, along with the nice focus on the waters edge. The light shades of the water contrast excellently with the dark tones of the foliage on the horizon and the branch, clearly dividing them but with the dark and light tones of the sky also let them flow into one.

Well that was quite extraordinary, the fact I just wrote all of that in a short amount of time, even if however most of it is probably nonsense. I just watched V for Vendetta and seem to be writing long speech like answers and comments XD
